David has a black belt in both Kenpo and Taekwondo, and years of experience in boxing and grappling. He has been teaching martial arts, gymnastics and strength training for over 10 years, instructing at renowned schools and running his own programs at high end fitness centers. His students range from fitness models and actors to busy professionals looking to get in shape while having fun.
Beginners will focus on learning the basics of kicking and punching, and benefit from the cardiovascular health that comes along with a fast paced kickboxing class. If fitness it one of your goals, you can expect to lose a healthy 1 to 3 pounds a week, in tandem with a balanced diet. Within 3 to 6 months you will have an in depth understanding of technique and be able to throw combinations with speed and power.
Seasoned martial artists can expect to be challenged with advanced footwork, deep flexibility training and complex combinations. Just what we love best!
